Go Grow Green Nursery takes every precaution possible to make sure you receive your plants healthy and ready for planting. Unfortunately, there are occasions where packages get lost or has an extended shipping duration. Usually in fall or winter when plants are dormant you should check the bark on the plant to verify it is green. Simply scrape the bark and visually examine.

When you receive your order, if there are any plants in bad condition, you call us immediately and we will replace absolutely Free upon return.

Our Second Promise
Due to the natural character of plants and trees which sometimes fail to live for no particular reason, we offer free replacements according to our first promise. We do not offer refunds. However, if any plant fails to live within 12 months from the date of delivery, we will replace for one-fourth of the original purchase price, plus $3.50 for shipping and handling. NO RETURN OF DEAD PLANTS NECESSARY!
Our Third Promise If by mere chance any plant or tree, due to an error on our part, turns out to be the wrong item or color from that ordered, you may return it to us at our expense for a free replacement within six months after arrival. Please call for instructions.

We Guarentee all Living Items come with a Lifetime Warranty. If any of your plants die, Go Grow Green will ship you the same item anytime during our shippping season. We will replace for Half of the original purchase price, plus $7 for shipping and handling. NO RETURN OF DEAD PLANTS NECESSARY!
